Welcome to the Southwest Idaho All British Field Meet registration and event page.
THIS PAGE IS FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY -- PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THESE EVENTS!!
Space for the Village Show is limited to 85 vehicles, please register your cars prior to July 1st. The rate to register increases on July 1st.
Registration deadline is September 1st and there will be no "Day Of" registrations onsite.
Volunteers for the two day event will receive a free event T-Shirt. Contact me to sign up!
Saturday (9/19) Events:
- Breakfast at Eddie's, 7067 W Overland Rd, Boise ID, at 8:00 a.m. Space is limited for those who register for breakfast ONLY.
- Drive - Meet up at HP Campus (State Offices at Chinden Blvd and 5 Mile Rd) at 9:15 a.m. for Drivers' Meeting and departure at 9:30 a.m. Again, for registrants only for this event. Directions will be provided at the HP meet-up location.
- Parma Ridge Winery Buffet Lunch begins at noon and tour immediately after lunch - FOR THOSE WHO REGISTERED AND PAID ONLY!!!
- BBQ Reception at Tully Park, 2500 N Linder Rd., Meridian, ID at 6:00 p.m. FOR THOSE WHO REGISTERED ONLY!!!
Sunday (9/20) Car Show Events:
1. Passport to Britain -- Use your Passport to visit the participating stores at The Village to have your passport stamped. When your passport is completed turn it in at the IBCC Information booth for your raffle ticket. In addition, show your receipt of any amount from any stores at the Village on the day of the show (9/20) to earn an additional raffle ticket).
2. Donate to the Meridian Food Bank and receive a voting card to vote for the "People's Choice" best car in the show. You will also get a raffle ticket for a raffle prize unique for donating directly to the Meridian Food Bank at the show. The public who donates is also eligible to win the Meridian Food Bank raffle prize and will need to be present to win. As in the past you may also purchase raffle tickets at the IBCC Booth to win one of the raffle prizes. Proceeds of the purchase of raffle tickets will be donated to the Meridian Food Bank.
3. Raffle drawing at 2:30pm
4. Boise Highlanders Pipe and Drum Corps perform at 3pm.
5. Awards presentation at 3:30pm
Please check your inbox (or spam folder) around September 15th for an email from me with the details on arrival times, parking and set up. If you did not receive it or cannot find the email, call Karen Snyders at 650-464-8273 as soon as possible. Subject line in that email begins with SWIABFM.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund of all fees paid is available 30 days prior to the event. Less than 30 days will be determined by expenses made by the club and the reason for the cancellation.
